Q: Where Do Products Ship From?
A: Products shop from all across the world including Hong Kong, Europe and the US 
Q: Which Shipping Carriers and Services do you use?
A: At Paradise Cove Jewelers, we use fast economical shipping through USPS or E-Packet shipping, depending on your country.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Each product has a different shipping time, but we average is around a week to three weeks.  You can contact us at to pay for expedited shipping

Shipping Policy:

Please allow between an average of 5-11 days for your order to arrive. Every item has an estimated shipping date, so it's best to reference that time as your average shipping time. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.


Our policy lasts 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your order's delivery, unfortunately, we do not refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, this voids any refund or return availability.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they were damaged upon arrival. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Cannot be refunded or returned

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange or refund if we see the product is in well enough condition and or if we find suspicion in the maintenance or care of a product. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges after 5 days from delivery.
