Return/Refund Policy

Refund Policy





Our policy lasts 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your order's delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom products such as name necklaces are not available for returns or refunds unless they arrived broken or damaged. 

We do not offer refunds for late shipping, please note that holidays may delay shipments. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds or returns for jewelry items that were ordered incorrectly such as a name necklace that was misspelled by the customer or incorrectly sized rings. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cards, paper material, cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address as this would void a refund.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for jewelry that was ordered in the incorrect size. 

In order to get a refund, please contact or contact us through our chat. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait 1-3 additional days to check your bank account.

If 1-3 days have passed, please contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your statement.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items(Including discounted items) cannot be returned. If a sale item is defected, a refund can be made if proof is given.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please note that shipping time's are only estimates and may vary by about 1-2 weeks by location/country. 

We will not issue refunds, returns or discount compensation if your package arrives late unless it is more than 1 week (7 Days) after your estimated delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
